Group Workshops

Taking Charge of your money in a safe, non-judgemental learning group. 

Activities: 

  • Learning Activities about money, emotions, coping techniques to prevent compulsive spending 

  • Processing activities to reflect on relationship with money, family money stories and to develop a money mission

  • Culminating Project: Development of a personal or family Money Mission Plan

 

Curriculum: Taking Charge

Length: 5 weeks

Size: 10-15 people

Individual Coaching:

Relationship with your Money

One on one sessions that focus on your relationship with money. Develop a deep understanding of the messages you got about growing up as you grew up (family, culture, immigration narratives).

Work with me through:

  • Learning Activities about money, emotions, coping techniques to prevent compulsive spending 

  • Processing activities to reflect on relationship with money, family money stories and to develop a money mission

  • Culminating Project: Development of a personal or family Money Mission Plan
